They were really professional, and I ended up with a price for my car that I was pleased with. CarWow really takes the hassle out of selling. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely suggest it to others!

Not too shabby, but it sure doesn't give off that auction feel. Be ready for the dealer to negotiate the price for every tiny scratch or anything they reckon needs fixing to sell it. Tires, brake pads, you name it. I thought that if you pointed out these issues when posting the ad, it would be a smoother ride, but it turned out to be less straightforward than just having the dealer pick up your car.

I sold my BMW 1 Series via CarWow, and it was a fantastic experience. After having a tough time trying to sell the car on my own, I reached out to CarWow. They initially offered me a reserve price that seemed a bit low, but I managed to negotiate it a bit higher. Of course, you know you'll get lower offers when trading in. Anyway, the car went up for sale on a Tuesday, and by around 3:30 PM, I got the alert that it had sold. To my surprise, it went for £1100 more than what I had set as the reserve! I couldn't help but smile at that moment. Honestly, I thought it would sell for more than the reserve since it was a nice car.

I sent all the necessary documents to CarWow, and they set up the collection for the next Monday. The collection team was on time and kept me updated about their arrival. When they showed up, they inspected the car, contacted the dealer, and I received payment in just 5 minutes. And just like that, the car was off my hands!

Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, and I would definitely think about selling through CarWow again.

Yeah, that didn’t show up. I reached out to them to find out what was going on, but I had to sit tight for a whole 56 hours before the payment finally came through. No apologies or anything, and honestly, I didn’t hear a peep from the buyers after that. I get that this wasn’t really Carwow's doing, but it definitely left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth overall.

The service I received from the Mercedes Benz Grimsby dealership was really lacking. They kept assuring me that the 7-day complimentary first cover Merc insurance would be ready for me to help with picking up my new car. However, after a long 3-hour drive on a weekend to the dealership, I was informed by Mercedes Insurance that, for some reason, the 7-day free first cover wasn’t going to be available. I was also told that the dealership had given me incorrect details about the insurance. This left me in a tough spot, scrambling to find an online car insurance policy at the last minute just to be able to take my car home.

The so-called 'customer service' team doesn't reply to any emails. It's a nightmare trying to reach them by phone at any hour. The seller turned out to be a fraud, and the vehicle hasn't been sold. I'm stuck because I can't even relist the car since no one seems to care to respond. Now I'm checking out Motoway and Webuyanycar. Truly awful customer support, no assistance. Really disappointing.
